The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers on the community.

SASSA will be rendering expert services for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency mentioned it's alarmed with regards to the substantial range of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The goal in the Integrated Registration status sassa Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your superior amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office committed to service the area on a daily basis. The support place designed for intervention activities a substantial inflow of possible sassa status check beneficiaries, that makes it SRD difficult for that office to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more assets to permit the servicing of all consumers and enhance entry to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
